Returns & Exchanges

At OLYZIANA, we do our best to ensure that our product descriptions are as detailed and accurate as possible so that you know exactly what you are purchasing. We want all customers to receive items with no surprises upon arrival.

Order Cancellation Policy

We take pride in our ability to process orders quickly. Most orders are processed within 12 hours.

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@olyziana.com as soon as possible.

Since many in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is essential to contact us during this timeframe so that we can attempt to cancel the order before it is processed or shipped.

➡️ Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.

Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. Please contact us immediately if you need to modify your address.
Address changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Undeliverable or refused packages

  • Addresses that are inaccessible or invalid

In some cases, undeliverable packages may be returned to the sender — but not always.

If your order is returned to us, you will have the choice between:

  • receiving a refund minus the shipping fees, or

  • having the order reshipped

A refund or reshipment cannot be issued until the package has been received back by the sender.

Return Policy

We accept returns* for any reason — whether you are dissatisfied or simply changed your mind.
Our return window is 30 days from the date you receive your order.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply fill out our return form, sign it, and send it inside your package to the return address we provide when you contact our support team.
